Responsibilities

manage the kitchen to ensure efficient food preparation and service. Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Oversee food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards. Supervise daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards in every dish served. Manage kitchen schedules to optimise productivity during peak service times.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or similar hospitality environment. Strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of various cooking methods and cuisines. Excellent team management abilities with experience in supervising kitchen staff. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Passion for food, creativity in menu development, and commitment to high-quality cuisine.
