About this role

Compliance is a fast-paced and exciting area for JUST EAT, created to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence across the business. We make sure only the right restaurants make it online and customers have the right information to make informed takeaway choices.
Our team works with every internal function, our restaurants, consumers, government groups, and more. We are part detective, part diplomat, part process assistant, and are here to ensure our consumers love their takeaway experience.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
Managing partner/customer communications regarding policy non-compliance and associated escalations.
Processing escalated cases related to Food Poisoning, Halal, Kosher, Food Allergens, Health and Safety, Licensing and business registration
Finding the root cause analysis of all highlighted issues, implementing corrective actions or process modifications as necessary to prevent recurrence.
Handling requests related to data protection, including Subject Access Requests and the Right to be forgotten.
Responding to legal requests such as police requests and production orders, ensuring compliance with relevant data protection laws
Assisting in the investigation and resolution of data protection incidents and breaches.
Maintaining a strong focus on the quality and accuracy of all compliance-related tasks and deliverables.
What will you bring to the table?
-------------------------------------
Experience in a Compliance or investigations-focused role
Demonstrated ability to navigate and manage multiple communication streams, encompassing customer support, restaurant relations, and internal communication needs.
A good understanding of data protection laws and regulations (GDPR and UK GDPR). Experience in managing and resolving data protection-related disputes or small claims.
Experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred, particularly the ability to manage and analyse data using formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
Experience in dealing with high-level escalations and working with different stakeholders
Demonstrates the highest levels of integrity and maintains strict confidentiality when handling sensitive personal data.
Possesses a strong drive for excellence and consistently strives to deliver high-quality results in all tasks.
