As a Quality & Compliance Advisor toy will be helping customers build confidence and trust that Yusen are achieving and maintaining high levels of quality and compliance throughout the supply chain and adhering to all customer SLAs / SLRs, GDP Guidelines and any other applicable regulations.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 08:00am - 16:30 pm, with three days working from home and two days in the office (subject to business requirements). The salary for this role is 30,000

The Role:
Ensuring all complaints received from internal and external stakeholders are accurately recorded on the internal EQMS system in a timely manner.
Undertake all required investigations (using root cause analysis tools and CAPA management techniques)
Recommended corrective action and ensure all investigations are completed within expected timelines.
Provide coaching and support to Quality and Compliance Advisors on all investigations and CAPAs, ensuring a uniformed approach to all reports.
Escalate to the Quality & Compliance Supervisor in a timely manner any potential serious contraventions / complaints and where SLA's are unlikely to be achieved.
Conducting and supporting internal audits and self-inspections.
Ensure all verbal and written communication with both internal and external stakeholders is carried out in a professional manner.
As necessary provide regular updates to customers during the investigation process also present investigation findings within review meetings, discuss any progress and formulate action plans
About you:
Previous roles that include quality assessments; analytical evaluations; customer service; and complaints management, would be advantageous.
An understanding of GDP Guidelines and MHRA regulations would also be beneficial
Strong attention to detail
Good analytical skills
Strong customer service
IT literate in MS Office suite
Confident written and oral communication skills.
