Job Title- Compliance Co-Ordinator



Head Office Location: Brindley Place, Birmingham




Job Location: Methuen Park - Chippenham - Based




Salary - 26,000 - 28,500 per annum depending on skills and experience



Contract type - 12 month Maternity cover - Full Time




Working hours - 37 hours per week



About the role



A member of the GreenSquareAccord Direct Heating & Electrical Team We are seeking a self- motivated Compliance Co-Ordinator with excellent attention to detail who is extremely organised and able to effectively prioritise tasks This is a varied role in which the post holder will support within the compliance team for all certification relevant to Gas, Oil, Renewables, PAT, EICR certification, Ventilation and all types of detectors Supporting the wider management team with Health and Safety certification along with operative training programmes

Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.



About you



Working knowledge of the heating and electrical industry and all relevant compliance documentation relevant to gas / oil / renewable work ETC High level of communication skills both written and verbal Working independently Good planning and organisation skills showing attention to detail Previous experience of work within social housing. Working knowledge of the Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations - specific to Regulation 26 (9) & 36
