We have an exciting opportunity for an Estates & Compliance Co-ordinator to join our facilities team at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.This is a full-time permanent position working 40 hours per week from 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday with a one hour unpaid break



The role:


To support the Estates department in the effective coordination of operational, administrative, and performance-related activities. Analysing performance data, improving administrative workflows, and suggesting technology-driven solutions to enhance service delivery and contract compliance. Monitoring and reporting performance, ensuring statutory compliance, and fostering continuous improvement across the Estates function. Attend and contribute to daily/weekly meetings, tracking performance, applying mitigation procedures for the performance of the contract Monitor the CAFM (Maximo) system to ensure tasks are correctly allocated, tracked & escalated if required Assist in the collation and production of monthly reports Provide general administrative support to the Estates team including contractor scheduling, raising purchase orders & recording the activity of subcontractors and suppliers, including maintaining a high level of document control Assist with complaints and compliment responses Assist with projects & minor works, including quotation, RDS updates, billing & invoicing Analyse performance and compliance data to identify trends and service delivery gaps


Propose and support implementation of improvements using digital tools & technology
Collaborate with the Estates Management & Compliance Manager to enhance operational efficiency through innovative solutions. Working 40 hours per week from 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday with a one hour unpaid break




The person:




Strong analytical & IT skills (Excel & Maximo) with experience working with large amounts of data Experience in compliance or facilities management is preferred, with an interest in mechanical & electrical engineering Excellent organisational, communication and administrative abilities Proactive mindset for problem solving and continuous improvement Ability to prioritise tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience using Power BI or other data visualisation tools is desirable
