Bailey Partnership is an award winning consultancy practice looking to recruit a Full-Time Compliance and Office Administrator. This role will be based in our Bristol office. We're currently located in Warmley, but we'll be relocating to Central Bristol within the next six months.



Established in 1971 and operating from 10 offices across the South of England, East Midlands & Manchester, we are a Building Top 150 consultancy offering Architectural, Interior Design, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Fire Engineering, Project Management, Civil & Structural Engineering, Building Services Engineering, and Town Planning services.

About the Role:





We are seeking a highly organised Compliance and Office Administrator to join our Bristol team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, including producing correspondence and reports using Google Suite. Key responsibilities include assisting the Compliance Manager with Health & Safety, Environmental Management, and Quality Management Systems, overseeing all office maintenance, handling phone calls, and supporting the broader administrative team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:




Compliance Support:




Help ensure the Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management procedures are followed throughout the practice Help maintain records for Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management Systems Help keep office-specific Health & Safety and environmental records current and accurate Book and maintain records for staff Health & Safety and Environmental training Assist with the onboarding of sub-consultants Help manage data for energy consumption, emissions, and other relevant metrics to support reporting To undertake any other reasonable duties as required

Office Support:




To welcome and provide hospitality to all office visitors and provide front-of-house services Professionally and helpfully answer all incoming phone calls Manage and maintain office stationery and consumable stock levels (e.g., milk, tea, coffee) Contribute to maintaining a tidy and clean office environment Organising office maintenance. Undertake Fire Warden & First Aid Duties (with the relevant training).

Administrative Support:




Printing, binding and general administration support Organising travel and accommodation, booking meetings and lunches To provide administrative support where needed

Skills Required:




Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a specific focus on attention to detail Adaptability and willingness to learn Proficiency in Google Suite is preferred Ability to prioritise workload Positive attitude to undertaking a wide range of tasks
