Summary



We are seeking an Office Administrator (Compliance & PPM) to join our dynamic team in the heart of the facilities management industry. This role is essential in supporting our operational efficiency and enhancing our service delivery. Located in the UK, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our office's organization and communication.

Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow. Maintain organised filing systems for easy access to information. Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records. Handle phone communications with professionalism and courtesy. Support the team with administrative tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Oversee compliance audits (ISO, SafeContractor, CHAS, etc.). Maintain accurate records on internal systems (including EWM). Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and directors to ensure smooth operations. Handle supplier accounts, insurance renewals, and audit preparation. Coordinate schedules and meetings for team members. Prepare reports and documentation as required. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications



Proven office experience in an administrative role with PPM & Compliance background. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with data entry and clerical tasks is preferred.

What We're Looking For



Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities management. Strong administrative background (10+ years preferred). Proven experience managing PPM portfolios and compliance. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
