Job Summary

Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd (PAML) is one of six heavy aircraft maintenance providers for our client Ryanair, carrying out maintenance on Ryanair's entire fleet of New Generation Boeing 737 NG & Max series aircraft, at our Hangar facility located at Prestwick International Airport, Ayrshire, Scotland.

We are the leading provider of aircraft maintenance and engineering services in Scotland. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a Composite Workshop Shift Supervisor to join the team.

Duties

Supervise & organise manpower and planning

o Organise and evaluate repairs

o Allocation and prioritisation of tasks and management of technical jobs

o Ordering & progressing spares

o Ensuring documentation is completed correctly in accordance with maintenance and company

procedures

o Ensuring that company regulations and policies are enforced

o Ensuring the work area and environment are kept clean and tidy at all times

o Developing skills of all staff, including apprentices and trainee mechanics

o Assist with & carry out composite repairs

o Any additional tasks allocated by management

Skills

Previous experience of supervising / managing manpower preferred

o MRO composite repair experience

o Must have or be willing to work towards gaining company CRS approval

o Excellent spoken and written English is essential

o Willing to work shifts (including nights)

o Flexible approach to working in a fast changing environment
