Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents, guests, and visitors
Manage the overall upkeep and presentation of the property/properties
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor visits as needed
Handle tenant communications, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate records, lease documentation, and reports
Manage bookings, deliveries, and access to shared amenities
Support move-ins/outs and onboarding of new residents or tenants
Ensure security protocols and safety procedures are followed
Collaborate with the wider property management team for smooth operations
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in property management, concierge services, hospitality, or a similar role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in basic administrative and scheduling tasks
Self-motivated with a high level of professionalism and integrity
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Tech-savvy (familiarity with property management software is a plus)
Flexible availability, including occasional evenings/weekends if required
