We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business, ensuring that technology solutions meet business needs. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, conducting data analysis, and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Duties
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI to visualise data effectively.
Assist in project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope.
Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by working closely with development teams.
Design and optimise databases using Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
Utilise programming languages such as R and Python for advanced data analysis tasks.
Create detailed documentation using Visio for process flows and system designs.
Employ SQL for querying databases to extract relevant information for analysis.
Implement VBA and Bash (Unix shell) scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
Skills
Proficient in data analysis skills with a strong understanding of business analysis principles.
Experience with database design and management, particularly in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environments.
Familiarity with project management methodologies to support effective project execution.
Knowledge of SDLC processes and best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, SQL, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell).
Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

3 to 5 years of experience to support and enhance Conga CPQ and ERP systems
Should have Conga CPQ/CLM functional expertise. Serve as SME for Conga CPQ & ERP systems
Perform system testing, validation and coordinate with business UAT testing
Expert-level knowledge in product modelling, pricing configurations, and quote management
Collaborate with teams to gather, analyze and document business requirements
Should be good at creating stories, acceptance criteria and agile processes
