to join our busy construction company. This is a full-time, office-based role with no remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the
admin@
and
accounts@
email inboxes, responding to queries or directing them to the appropriate person
Preparing
weekly wages
for subcontractors using timekeeper and excel.
Assisting with basic accounts tasks as required
General administrative support for the office and management team
Maintaining company records including HR and insurances
Answering and directing phone calls professionally
Handling emails, filing, and maintaining records
Data entry and maintaining spreadsheets
Supporting the wider team with ad hoc duties
Requirements:
Strong Excel skills (essential)
Experience with
Xero
is advantageous
Knowledge of
CIS (Construction Industry Scheme)
is favourable
but not essential
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous admin or accounts experience is essential preferably in construction
Hours:
8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (office-based only)
