Job Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our project teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, proficiency in data entry, and a solid understanding of office procedures. You will play a crucial role in maintaining project documentation, tender submissions, and assisting with various clerical tasks.

Responsibilities



Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Be the key person for writing Tender Submissions and Method Statements. Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing information as needed. Utilise Microsoft 365 applications for document creation, collaboration, and communication purposes. Support the team with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Maintain an organised office environment that promotes efficiency and productivity.

Requirements



Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction industry or a similar field. Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 applications is highly desirable. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with basic office equipment such as computers, printers, and photocopiers is essential.

Pay: 22,880.00-40,000.00 per year
