We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our construction team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in project execution, ensuring that all on site tasks are completed on time and to company standards. This position requires strong organisational skills, multi-skilled practical experience, as well as the ability to communicate effectively. The Project Coordinator will be working across various sites, so a driving licence is necessary. They will report to the Operations Manager on a day-to-day basis to ensure project goals are met.
Responsibilities
On site Health and Safety coordination
Manage and assist trades on site
Multi Skilled practical maintenance
Ensure sites are clean and tidy
Ensure sites are secure and safe
Assist with project reporting
Work with and report to Operations Manager
Qualifications
SMSTS Qualification
First Aid Qualification
Proven experience in a similar role with strong organisational skills.
Familiarity with site management processes
Confident in IT
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organised with exceptional time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
