Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a passion for building outstanding children's homes from the ground up?
We are launching a new
therapeutic children's home
for young people aged 11-16 and are seeking a committed, knowledgeableConsultant Registered Manager
to help us get registered with Ofsted and set the foundation for excellence.Your Role
As a consultant, you will play a key role in:
Leading on
Ofsted registration
(SC1/SC2, Statement of Purpose, policies) Advising on compliance, safeguarding, and children's home regulations Shaping the home's care model and operational framework Supporting staff recruitment and safer recruitment procedures Working closely with the Responsible Individual (RI) to ensure readiness for registration and inspection?
What We're Looking For
Experience as a
Registered Manager
in a children's residential setting Proven success in achievingOfsted registration
or managing a new home start-up Strong understanding ofChildren's Homes Regulations 2015
,Quality Standards
, and safeguarding frameworks Ability to workindependently
, flexibly, and deliver within agreed timelines Experience with policy writing and regulatory documentation Must be eligible to work as aself-employed consultant
