Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of immigration laws and policies on following :

- Asylum applications and appeals

- Bail and Removal Applications

- Judicial Review Applications

Providing expert guidance to clients navigating the complexities of immigration processes. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients, ensuring their needs are met while adhering to legal requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive advice and support to clients regarding immigration options and processes. Prepare and submit immigration applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Conduct thorough assessments of client eligibility for various immigration pathways. Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies to provide informed guidance. Negotiate with relevant authorities on behalf of clients to facilitate successful outcomes. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and case progress. Educate clients about their rights and responsibilities throughout the immigration process. Collaborate with other professionals, such as lawyers or community organisations, to enhance client support.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism. In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures. Strong analytical skills to assess client situations and recommend appropriate actions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using case management software and other relevant technology. Empathy and cultural sensitivity when dealing with diverse client backgrounds.
