Content & Community Operations Manager (remote / Part Time)

Job Description
We're hiring a sharp executor to help scale two fast-growing personal content streams across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
This is not a ghostwriting role. You'll be the engine behind content polishing, scheduling, lead funnel setup, and social engagement.
The Mission
You'll work directly with the founder to transform raw video content into high-performing digital assets. Your role is to ensure content is refined, published on time, and supported by growth systems like landing pages, lead magnets, and email flows.
Responsibilities
Edit and enhance raw video content (CapCut ? VEED ? manual B-roll) Schedule and manage posts on Instagram and TikTok Engage with the audience by replying to comments and interacting with niche-relevant accounts Create lead magnets that align with content strategy Build and manage landing pages (Webflow, Carrd, etc.) and connect them to email flows (MailChimp, ConvertKit) Manage and schedule LinkedIn content (for a separate content stream) Track performance and iterate on what works
Requirements
Proven experience editing vertical video content for Instagram and TikTok Hands-on with tools like CapCut, VEED, or similar Experience with email marketing tools and landing page builders Strong sense of voice and tone for social interaction Organized, independent, and reliable Bonus: Familiarity with Reddit community growth (not required, but welcome)

Pay: 34,020.00-36,763.00 per year
