Black Heart Equestrian is a women-owned business, bridging the gap between fashion and functionality for equestrian riders. We have experienced a huge amount of growth in the last 12 months and are only expecting to continue this expansion. In addition to Black Heart, we also run and manage our sister company Koba Swim, an up-and-coming swimwear brand, which is now expanding internationally.

Due to this rapid growth, we are seeking a highly confident, creative and social media proficient individual to join as our Content Creator and Fashion Designer for both BHE and our exciting sister brand, Koba Swim.

The perfect applicant would be someone experienced in social media content creation. This person will creatively take initiative, plan and execute brand content across all social platforms whilst also assisting in the creation of new product launches.

This is a part time flexible position and our office hours are Monday - Thursday 8AM to 4PM and Friday 9AM to 4PM.

You must be able to commute to our office in S9 2PF.

The job role and duties will include but not limited to:

Work with the management team collaboratively to create high quality brand concepts and content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Linked-in and YouTube), keeping in line with brand vision. Craft compelling and informative content that drives traffic, engages visitors, and converts leads into customers. Design exciting, on brand, digital content, using creative tools such as Canvas, Procreate, Photoshop, etc. Organize and manage creative assets and maintain an organized archive Managing and engaging with our Socials Community daily, ensuring the brands tone and voice is reflected through all communications. Monitoring and reporting trend analysis/content performance metrics and executing change dependent on report. Assist management in all roles dedicated.
What we desire:

Must have experience working with all social media platforms - specifically TikTok and Instagram. A keenness to create original, creative concepts and content. Must be up to date and informed with all social media and fashion trends. Must have experience with digital marketing. Experience with fashion design and drawing is preferred. Creative copy writing abilities. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative experience and skills such as photography, design, styling and photoshop are preferred. Experience with digital drawing, such as Procreate, is preferred. Must be willing to feature confidently in all media content, Equestrian and Swimwear.
