As our Lead Marketing & Content Creator, you won't just "make content" you'll architect the narrative, capture the grit and glow of a founder-led journey, and turn real moments into emotional, scroll-stopping stories. About the Role
This role is for someone energetic with a bright personality who enjoys being seen and heard. You will be a visible representative of the brand alongside the founder and help form a recognisable duo across social platforms. You will tailor marketing and content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will also cook and prepare food using our products on camera, bringing culinary creativity and practical usage to life. You will use tools such as

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a face and voice of the brand together with the founder
Create and manage platform-specific marketing strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Plan content calendars and campaign structures with strong marketing intention
Appear on camera with a bubbly, friendly, and engaging style
Cook and prepare food content using our products while presenting naturally on camera
Film, edit, and design content using Adobe, Photoshop, and CapCut
Use AI tools for research, scripts, metadata, editing assistance, and content repurposing
Connect with chefs and influencers for collaborative content and partnerships
Develop playful consumer-facing content for TikTok and Instagram and professional content for LinkedIn
Analyse platform metrics and adapt strategies for growth and engagement
Build both brand presence and your own personal creator presence in alignment with brand values
Requirements
Bubbly personality and confident on camera
Strong marketing capability with planning experience
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop
Working knowledge of CapCut
Passion for cooking and presenting food content
Experience building social audiences across multiple platforms
Strong understanding of how content style differs between TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Natural warmth and approachability both on camera and in person
Ability to outreach to chefs and influencers professionally and collaboratively
Passion for food culture and culinary storytelling
