Background

Burger Boi is looking for a passionate, creative, and trend-savvy Content Creator to take our brand storytelling to the next level.

This role is all about bringing Burger Boi's personality to life through video, photography, and social-first content. You'll be at the heart of our marketing, capturing the energy of our restaurants, creating content that cuts through on TikTok, Instagram, and beyond, and making sure Burger Boi stays ahead of the cultural curve.

While a good design eye is important, this role is not about being a graphic designer - it's about being innovative, reactive, and bold with content.

You'll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the wider team to create scroll-stopping campaigns, capture authentic brand moments, and drive growth across our channels.

This is a hands-on, creative role that's perfect for someone who loves experimenting, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn ideas into engaging content that people can't resist sharing.

Key Responsibilities

? Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video and photo content for TikTok, Instagram, and Meta.

? Social Strategy: Execute a social-first strategy that reflects Burger Boi's bold, California-inspired identity.

? Trend Spotting: Stay plugged into social trends, memes, and cultural moments, and jump on them fast with Burger Boi's twist.

? Content Calendar: Maintain and plan a consistent content calendar that balances trend-led content with campaign messaging.

? Community Engagement: Interact with our online community (DMs, comments, and tags) to build genuine customer connections.

? Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with Burger Boi's tone of voice and visual identity.

? Creative Campaigns: Contribute ideas for social activations, product launches, collaborations, and in-store campaigns.

? Analytics: Track and report on content performance, engagement, and growth to refine our creative direction.

? Design Support: Produce light-touch graphics (overlays, simple edits, branded assets) where required.

What You Bring

? 2+ years' experience in content creation, ideally within hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands.

? A proven track record of creating viral or high-engagement short-form content.

? Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social-first storytelling.

? Confident shooting content on mobile and camera, and editing in tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.

? Keen eye for visual storytelling, design, and brand consistency.

? Innovative thinker who uses their own initiative and thrives on creativity.

? Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

? Strong organisation and willingness to adapt quickly.

Bonus skills (nice-to-have):

? Motion graphics or animation basics, or at least a willingness to learn

? Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

? Photography skills.

? Experience in food, QSR, or FMCG industries.

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
