Job Summary



We are seeking a Content Marketing Executive that can manage the complete written content lifecycle for our agency and client portfolio. You'll be developing comprehensive content strategies, creating strategic messaging frameworks and establishing distinctive brand voice guidelines. From there, you'll execute content creation across multiple channels including SEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, sales enablement, and more - leveraging LLMs and advanced AI tools to maximise efficiency and impact.

The successful candidate will combine creative content development with strategic thinking, leveraging modern tools and technologies to deliver impactful content that drives results across various marketing objectives and platforms.

This is a hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to work in the office at least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities:



Content Strategy & Planning



Develop content strategies aligned with client objectives Support with messaging, positioning and brand voice work Create content calendars and produce the planned content Conduct content audits and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps Collaborate with account management and strategy teams to align content with broader marketing campaigns

Content Creation & Production



Produce high-quality written content including blog posts, website copy, email campaigns, social media posts, whitepapers, and case studies Collaborate with designers and video editors to support the production of visual content Adapt content for different formats, channels, and audience segments while maintaining brand consistency

Channel Optimisation & Distribution



Optimise content for various channels including SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, and websites Tailor content approaches for different marketing functions including lead generation, brand awareness, customer retention, and sales enablement Ensure content adheres to platform-specific best practices and guidelines Monitor content performance across channels and recommend distribution strategies

Content Analysis & Optimisation



Analyse content performance using analytics tools and KPIs Conduct A/B testing on content variations to optimise engagement and conversion rates Provide data-driven recommendations for content improvements and strategic adjustments

Tool Utilization & Efficiency



Leverage AI tools including ChatGPT and other LLMs to enhance content creation efficiency and ideation Utilize content management systems, social media scheduling tools, and analytics platforms Implement workflow optimisation and quality assurance processes

Required Skills



Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proactive attitude that enables you to take ownership of the role and drive projects forward. Ability to adapt tone and style for different brands, audiences, and purposes Comfortable using AI tools and LLMs for content enhancement and efficiency

Required Experience



2-3 years of experience in content creation and marketing, preferably within an agency environment Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, or related field Proven track record of creating content across multiple formats (written, visual, audio) Experience with content strategy development and execution Demonstrated ability to work with multiple clients and manage competing priorities Portfolio showcasing diverse content creation across different channels and objectives
