What We're Looking For
We're hiring a Content Marketing Specialist to drive content and social execution across the RAIN Group and Alchemist brands. From blog posts and email campaigns to LinkedIn and lead gen assets, you'll shape how our brands show up--making sure every piece of content builds visibility and supports growth.
This is an ideal role for someone who brings strong writing and editing chops, knows how to bring content to life visually, and understands the evolving role of AI in content creation and customer experience.
Why Join Us?
Make a Big Impact:
You'll be part of a post-acquisition transformation, leading content execution as we unify the marketing functions of RAIN Group and Alchemist into one high-performance team.
Leverage Real Research:
Tap into a deep bench of proprietary data and insights to fuel credible, high-impact content.
Collaborate Across Brands:
You'll work cross-functionally with stakeholders from two respected learning enablement teams--balancing consistency, customization, and change management.
Hybrid Role, Results-Focused:
You'll work within a globally distributed team that values ownership, speed, and outcomes while maintaining local collaboration and visibility.
Grow with a Scaling Organization:
As part of a private equity-backed growth journey, you'll have visibility into high-priority projects and opportunities to expand your impact over time.
The Role
As the Content Marketing Specialist, you'll help plan, write, execute, and optimise content that supports both strategic campaigns and everyday brand storytelling. You'll collaborate closely with brand managers, thought leaders, and sales teams to turn ideas into content that educates, inspires, and converts.
You will:
Write and edit high-quality blog posts, marketing emails, social posts, and campaign assets that align to brand voice and business goals
Own social media scheduling and engagement, with a focus on LinkedIn and Slack, using original graphics and channel-specific messaging
Collaborate with thought leaders across the business to bring flagship content to life through supporting assets and derivative content
Craft content that stands out through real stories and customer insights, delivering depth and connection that AI alone can't replicate
Design eye-catching graphics and visual assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for blog and social distribution
Be familiar with SEO principles in content and apply provided keyword and SEO guidance to craft content that aligns with best practices
Repurpose long-form and thought leadership content for different funnel stages and formats
Track and analyse content and social performance, using insights to improve impact and inform future planning
Ensure voice, tone, and narrative consistency across all marketing content, while bringing a human element to every prospect and customer interaction

Ability to repurpose content across formats and channels with creativity and consistency
Experience creating social graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
