Content & Social Media Lead

to elevate our digital presence and drive measurable growth.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, creative content specialist with experience in high-end interiors, kitchens or furniture brands. This is a hands-on role -- you'll plan, create and publish content, manage social channels, run ad campaigns, and generate real sales leads. You must be able to produce content independently and bring weekly strategic ideas.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn) Create high-quality content (video + static) showcasing projects, products and behind-the-scenes stories Build weekly/monthly content calendars Run paid advertising campaigns across key platforms Deliver measurable results -- reach, engagement and sales leads Produce bi-weekly newsletters and targeted mailshots Support lead management with the team ahead of our showroom launch Work closely with our workshop and design team to generate ongoing content

What We're Looking For

Experience with luxury or high-end interiors/furniture/kitchen brands Strong content creation skills (shooting + editing) Proven track record delivering leads through digital marketing Graphic design skills (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva) HubSpot experience is a bonus Highly proactive, organised and able to work independently Must be able to reliably commute to
