The Contract Coordinator will be responsible for managing the Isle of Man (IOM) contract, developing and maintaining a strong, trust-based relationship with the client, and ensuring the smooth operation of their transport requirements. Additionally, the role supports day-to-day operations for ComCab Liverpool, contributing to operational effectiveness.
Main responsibilities
Ensure all communications with IOM are professional, friendly, and polite.
Input bookings accurately into the booking and dispatch system.
Support equal driver opportunities to maximise income potential.
Promote teamwork between drivers and contract management.
Monitor and manage dispatch performance, manually intervening when necessary.
Develop and sustain trusted relationships with the IOM contract to retain their business.
Understand and anticipate IOM's needs and requirements.
Coordinate timely and accurate delivery of services and products.
Act as the communication link between IOM and internal teams.
Address issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust.
Identify new business opportunities within the IOM account.
Prepare management information (MI) reports and invoices as required.
Uphold professional behaviour and company representation at all times.
Meet service levels as directed by the Head of Corporate Accounts.
Attend necessary training and staff meetings.
Suggest operational improvements.
Follow company contingency plans for system faults/failures.
Adhere to company policies, including Equal Opportunities, Data Protection, and Health and Safety.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and reasonable duties as required.

Understanding of the Isle of Man client base or similar contracts
Hours of work
37.5 hours per week (typically Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00). Flexibility required for hours/days worked in line with operational requirements.
