Job Description
Capital Reinforcing are suppliers of Steel Reinforcement bars and mesh to the construction industry. We are based in Bromborough, Wirral and supply to construction projects all over the UK.
The companies continued growth and demand has led to new opportunities available on site.
The job:
Liaising with customers regarding orders, changes to orders and/or updates to customer requirements.
Processing of customer orders using in-house software, in preparation for production.
Data entry onto existing order processing system.
Maintaining an organised system of customer records, ensuring full traceability
Preparation of delivery notes and invoices.
Working closely with other departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
Working in other departments when required.
Other duties as assigned by the Contracts & Planning Manager
The person:
High level of commercial sensitivity
Proven work experience in a customer service environment
Keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to work under pressure to achieve company targets.
Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers, and external partners.
Essential use and knowledge of Microsoft Office package. Microsoft 365 package preferable but not essential
The ability to work independently.
