The Role




We are looking for an experienced

Project Manager

to join the

IT Business Services

team. As part of the QRS Programme, you will plan, execute and monitor

Software Application

and

data transformation

projects. You will build strong relationships with your business stakeholders, understand their strategic direction, processes and requirements. As a trusted advisor, you will deliver solutions and advise on all elements of the project delivery. You will have

Financial / Professional Services

experience working in an

agile

environment with multiple senior stakeholders. You will report into the Senior Manager and Programme Director and ensure all project aspects are delivered to scope.

Essential Skills and Experience



Experienced Project Manager from a Professional Services, Financial Services or Regulatory background
Experience in

software application transformation projects

- ideally migration of applications from legacy 'monolith' applications to modern distributed systems using cloud solutions such as

Azure

Experience with

data transformation

including data base migration, SAP S/4 Hana implementation and or development of reporting solutions using systems like

Tableau


Experience with

software development lifecycle

including expertise managing both

agile

and

waterfall

projects.

Strong stakeholder management

and communications

-

experienced with explaining highly technical project aspects to very senior stakeholders and partners and managing a diverse group of project team members with challenging timelines.
Experience with Technology and

business change


Experience with low code tech and implementing

Nintex

is desired but not essential

Deliverables: Responsibilities but not limited to:

Develop an maintain a clear schedule to deliver scope to time, cost and quality Establish robust project controls to manage risk and financial control Ensure understanding and alignment of senior partners and sponsors
