to lead a successful delivery of a modular construction project in Poole. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team delivering innovative off-site solutions to Tier 1 standards. The contract is expected to last 6 to 9 months.
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing all phases of project delivery, from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring that quality, programme, commercial, and client expectations are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modular construction, with demonstrable experience managing complex projects within secure or government-led environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, programme, and budget.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
Ensure full compliance with contractual, legal, HSEQ, and security obligations.
Produce and manage detailed project programmes, risk registers, and delivery plans.
Oversee site operations, coordinating design, manufacture, and installation phases.
Manage project teams and report on progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with Tier 1 contractors, consultants, and supply chain partners effectively.
Ensure modular methodologies and innovations are fully integrated into delivery.
Support bid/tender processes and pre-construction planning when required.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
Thorough understanding of project lifecycle, construction methods, and design coordination.

Desirable Qualifications
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Project Management accreditation (e.g., APM, PRINCE2, PMP).
Security clearance (SC) or eligibility for SC level clearance.
Experience in healthcare, custodial, or defence infrastructure.
