Contract Sales Representative

on board to help take us to the next level.

THE ROLE



As

Contract Sales Representative

, you'll play a key role in developing and managing our contract supply business. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and construction professionals, ensuring the smooth and profitable delivery of materials to projects of all sizes.

You won't just be selling -- you'll be managing relationships and supporting construction projects from start to finish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Manage and grow a portfolio of contract-based customers Build lasting relationships with site managers, buyers, and project teams Produce accurate material take-offs and competitive quotations Coordinate with internal teams (counter, yard, transport, and purchasing) Track ongoing projects to meet supply requirements and deadlines Identify and win new opportunities within local construction contracts Provide reliable, hands-on support throughout each project

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR



Experience in contract sales or supplying materials to construction projects Good working knowledge of building materials and merchanting operations Strong relationship-building and communication skills Commercial awareness and confidence in pricing and negotiation Highly organised and able to manage multiple jobs at once Full UK driving licence
