Job Description
Vivid are representing a local authority on the West Midlands who are looking for a Contracts Lawyer to join their team on a rolling contract.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Dealing with construction contracts (JCT/NEC)
- Drafting service agreements
- Providing procurement advice
- Subsidy control
- Have recent local authority experience
- Be able to start in the next 4-8 weeks
- Have a good knowledge of contracts law
Contract length: 6 month rolling
Days working per week: 4 with flexibility
