Summary
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee demolition projects from inception to completion. This role is vital for ensuring projects align with our high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency, supporting our mission to provide seamless demolition services.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee demolition contracts ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor project progress and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders and internally to the team
Negotiate contracts and change orders to optimize project outcomes.
Ensure all work adheres to legal requirements and industry standards.
Lead risk management efforts and resolve any contractual issues that arise.
Promote a culture of safety and quality across all project sites.
Qualifications
Proven experience in contract management within the construction or demolition industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and legal regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in contract management software is preferred.
Relevant certifications such as CCDO or NEBOSH are advantageous.
Knowledge of industry-specific skills such as welding or masonry is beneficial but not essential.
