Summary



We are currently seeking to recruit a suitably experienced Contracts Support Coordinator / Administrator.

Responsibilities



Assist the Contracts Manager & Director with all day to day duties.

Responsible for a range of liaison and administrative duties, including the preparation of method statements, risk and COSHH assessments and Toolbox talks, as required for all work activities undertaken by both shop and site installation operatives.

Production of Job Sheet packs, coordinating with our Drawing office, Production Team, Purchasing and Site Fitters, as necessary.

Production of operations and maintenance manuals to cover Company products.

Understand and maintain the Companies quality assurance system (ISO 9001) and factory production control system to BS EN 1090 for UKCA Exec Class 2 accreditation to ensure continued certification at audits.

Maintaining companies SSIP's (Safety Schemes in Procurement) accreditations.

Coordination of Health & Safety management and arranging staff training.

Completion & submission of Pre- Qualifications Questionnaires with associated documentation.

The completion of pre-qualification questionnaires with associated supporting documentation for inclusion within tender submissions and post contract documentation.

Maintaining database of employees' details, emergency contacts, training, Qualifications etc.

Ad hoc administration such as Logging in, downloading and plotting enquiries to assist Estimating Department.

Skills / Qualifications



Hold recognised industry standard qualifications or have relevant experience to reflect the above job description.

The position requires the individual to have effective communication skills and ideally to have a background of working in a construction environment. Experience of Metalwork / Steelwork would be advantageous.

Professionalism and competency in completing tasks, ensuring quality outcomes.

The ability to read and understand drawings is essential.

Strong IT and organisations skills.

A proactive, can do attitude with the ability to liaise and work / communicate with all departments of the company.

We would consider both Full Time & Part Time applicants.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
