Join Our Team as a Control Room Manager!





The CRM responsible for managing the performance and compliance of control room operations across the estate on a 24/7/ 365 basis. This includes overseeing multi data sources, following escalation processes and making focused decisions in a live environment. Working in partnership with KX Security Team and multiple stakeholders to ensure a consistent delivery of frontline security operation to ensure public safety and effective incident management. The role also provides key liaison with service partners, intelligence community, law enforcement and emergency responders. Managing centralised communication, processes and systems, always maintaining data integrity


About the Role:





As the Control Room Manager you will be responsible for:


Manage all direct reports, responsible for their safety, welfare, performance and development Attend relevant meetings, present and demonstrate influence with multiple stakeholders Contribute to Critical Incident/ Emergency Planning activity, demonstrate proactive focus o Oversee functionality of all core systems (CCTV, access, life safety), escalating issues for resolution. o Maintain the integrity of all documentation, logs, data, evidence management in line with GDPR. Actively network with external stakeholders and service partners, utilise relationships to gain knowledge throughout the security industry Lead Control Room contributions to estate-wide audits, drills, or emergency exercises Provide operational briefings, risk insights, or incident trends.

What we are looking for:




Essential



Experience in managing large control room operations. Familiarity with GDPR, evidence handling, and incident audit procedures Proven ability to lead people and drive performance Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, law enforcement and emergency services. Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills. Flexible, resilient, and able to perform under pressure Competent in IT Systems/ Applications use/ Microsoft Office SIA - DS & CCTV
