We are looking for a proactive Business Administrator to assist with finance tasks and client on-boarding helping us deliver an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
Assisting with finance tasks including drafting financial statements, setting up bank payments and reconciling accounts.
Working with colleagues to onboard clients - facilitating ID/AML checks, undertaking source of funds verification and collating draft contract information.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and solicitors to facilitate smooth processes.
Providing potential clients with estimates for conveyancing work.
Keep all transaction records organised and up-to-date in accordance with regulatory standards
Support colleagues in the provision of an excellent service to our clients - helping to maintain the firm's 5-star review profile.
Skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and professionals.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency with conveyancing software, and MS Office.
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously without compromising quality.
Effective time management abilities to prioritise tasks.
Some understanding of legal procedures related to property transactions and relevant legislation.
Good commercial awareness.
Candidates should possess strong organisational capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage their workload efficiently while maintaining high standards of client service.
