We're on a mission to automate conveyancing--removing the delays, confusion, and friction that frustrate clients and partners alike.

To help us get there, we're looking for someone sharp, organised, and proactive to support our conveyancing panel. You'll help make sure cases move quickly, sales convert smoothly, and our suppliers stay accountable. If you enjoy solving problems, communicating clearly, and taking ownership, you'll thrive in this role.

What You'll Be Doing



This is a hands-on role sitting across sales, case progression, and supplier management. You'll be part of a small, fast-moving team where your work has a direct impact.

Support customers

once they've instructed, helping them through onboarding and answering queries about the process.

Follow up on leads

--nudging cases along and removing blockers before they cause delay.

Coordinate with suppliers

(law firms on our panel) to ensure they're delivering against timelines and expectations.

Spot issues early

--whether that's a missing document, an unresponsive partner, or a process bottleneck--and jump in to fix them.

Keep systems updated

and use our internal tools to ensure everything runs smoothly.
You won't be doing legal work--but you will be making sure the right things happen at the right time. It's about communication, ownership, and a sharp eye for what needs doing next.

What We're Looking For



Excellent communication skills--you're comfortable picking up the phone and explaining things clearly. Strong organisational ability--you can juggle multiple cases without letting anything drop. A proactive, problem-solving mindset--you don't wait to be told what to do. Confidence using tech--we don't expect you to code, but you should be comfortable working in CRMs, web tools, and dashboards. Conveyancing knowledge is a bonus, but not essential. What matters most is that you get things done and care about doing them well.
