Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced
Customer Service Manager
to oversee and enhance our customer support operations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the customer service team, ensuring the highest standards of client satisfaction, and managing the timely filing and organization of invoices to support our accounts team. Your leadership and organizational skills will directly contribute to improved customer experiences and overall business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day customer service operations to ensure prompt and professional client support.
Lead, train, and mentor customer service representatives to maintain high performance and service standards.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues efficiently.
Monitor and report on customer service performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and operations teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
File, organize, and maintain accurate records of invoices and assist with account-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing management role, preferably in logistics or distribution.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High level of organizational skill and attention to detail.
Familiarity with invoicing, filing systems, and basic accounting procedures.
Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
