Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a full caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Handling new-build purchases, re-mortgages, first registrations, and lease extensions Acting on non-transactional matters and providing land law advice Completing transfers of equity and assents Supporting junior colleagues when required
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing Confident in managing a full caseload independently Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing matters
