What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor with 3+ years PQE and a strong background in both residential and commercial conveyancing. The successful candidate will be able to independently manage a full and varied caseload.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record and strong capabilities in:

Managing a comprehensive caseload of freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases for both residential and commercial clients. Handling specialized transactions such as lease extensions, assignments, sub-leases, re-mortgages, and rent reviews. Managing Transfers of Equity effectively. Providing expert legal advice, drafting essential legal documents, and ensuring full compliance. Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure smooth transaction progression. Conduct through AML checks and source of funds check as part of due diligence process
