Conveyancing Solicitor

with a minimum of

3 years PQE

to join our growing property department.

The Role:

This role is ideal for a solicitor who can independently manage a full conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision. You will handle a range of residential transactions and potentially support commercial matters as the department continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of

freehold and leasehold residential property transactions

, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds Ensure all work complies with SRA and CQS standards Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction Carry out thorough title checks, draft and review contracts, and raise/answer enquiries Submit Stamp Duty Land Tax returns and register transactions with HM Land Registry Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using the firm's case management system Provide exceptional client care and ensure matters are progressed efficiently Support junior team members where appropriate and contribute to departmental development

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with

at least 3 years' PQE

in residential conveyancing Strong technical knowledge of all aspects of residential property law Confident in managing a full caseload from instruction to post-completion Experience with case management systems (e.g., LEAP) preferred Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills A proactive and solution-focused approach Commercial awareness and commitment to delivering a high standard of client service

Pay: 35,628.00-42,944.00 per year
