A legal company based in Croydon are on the lookout for a switched on and skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing team.



This is a full-time, office-based position offering a competitive salary and an opportunity to work in a growing legal practice.

The main purpose of a Conveyancing Solicitor role is to:

Managing residential and commercial property transactions. Handling sales, purchases, leases, remortgages, and transfer of equity. Drafting and reviewing contracts, lease agreements, and legal documentation. Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors. Ensuring compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.

Conveyancing Solicitor Specification:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage expectations. Must have 1-3 years PQE. Must be local To have worked in a legal company before Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
