We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of property law. As a Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in managing the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring that all processes are completed efficiently and in compliance with relevant legislation. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
Conduct thorough due diligence on properties, including title checks and searches.
Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements.
Liaise with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information for transactions.
Negotiate terms of contracts with buyers, sellers, and other parties involved in the transaction.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations throughout the conveyancing process.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and client communications.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
A recognised qualification in law or conveyancing is essential
Previous experience in conveyancing or property law is essential
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficient in using conveyancing software and technology.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
