Key Responsibilities
Prepare breakfast menu items: Cook a variety of breakfast foods, including eggs, bacon, pancakes, toast, avocado, etc., ensuring consistency and quality.
Food preparation: Prepares all elements of the menu to ensure readiness before service begins.
Cooking and presentation: Follow standard recipes to ensure visually pleasing and delicious dishes.
Maintain food safety standards: Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen, proper storage of ingredients, and adherence to food safety regulations.
Monitor inventory: Track stock levels of breakfast-related ingredients and inform kitchen management when replenishments are needed.
Ensure prompt service: Coordinate with the Front of House staff to guarantee the timely delivery of meals during breakfast hours.
Pay: 13.00-17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 50 per week
