Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Oversee kitchen operations, including coordinating meal preparation.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Help create a positive working environment by fostering teamwork and communication within the kitchen.
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A passion for cooking and creating innovative dishes that delight customers.
