Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in food safety and meal preparation of hot and cold meals . As a Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly while delivering high-quality meals to our guests.

The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and also as a part of a team. experience in a fast paced environment is essential. The roll requires someone to undertake commitment to Weekend working .

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of meals Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report any shortages to the kitchen manager.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience in meal preparation within a culinary or restaurant environment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new recipes.
