We're looking for a commercially driven Executive to play a key role in our expanding Corporate Finance team. As a Corporate Finance Executive, you will support the business advise on a range of transactions and advisory services, including:Buy-side and sell-side advisory Fundraising and growth capital investments Valuations, strategic advice and financial modelling Key Responsibilities


Support corporate finance transactions from inception to completion Build strong relationships with clients and advisors Contribute to pitch meetings and support the team's ongoing growth Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm Supporting Partners and Managers on project delivery Manage research and analyse transactions and sector analysis Prepare financial valuations and analysis




Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent) Strong financial analysis and Excel skills Confident in presenting and articulating findings
