Available position:
The position of the Corporate Sales Office Administrator is in a fast paced and exciting office environment, based in West Reading. At Crumbs Food Co we cater for a vast variety of corporate offices in around the Reading area as well as private events such as parties, birthdays etc..
The aim of the above current office vacancy is to provide additional support to our existing corporate sales team in the office and includes but not restricted to the below day-to-day responsibilities:
Answering phone calls/ making phone calls to customer
Email inbox management
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Dealing with customer enquiries of any catering sort
Processing orders
Data entry (word/ excel proficient)
General administrative office duties such as filing, printing labels, producing menus
The ideal candidate must be:
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
Organised with the ability to prioritise
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word/ Excel
Previous administrative experience desirable
Enthusiastic about good food
Able to provide excellent customer service
