Department Taking anything between 500 & 700 calls per day.
Much of the role will involve handling these calls, so we are looking for someone who is happy being on the telephone for most of the day, as well as dealing with general administrative tasks helping ensure the smooth running of the Sales Office.
Responsibilities
o Taking inbound and making external sales calls daily, ranging from:
o Taking and accurately processing sales orders
o Answering technical questions surrounding products or product ranges
o Giving updates on estimated delivery times
o Handling any general queries/complaints that may arise
Providing outstanding customer service on every call, guaranteeing each
individuals customer's experience is second to none
Detailed administration following calls
Any other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience in a busy and fast paced office
Industry relevant experience within bathrooms
Good computer skills: Microsoft Office
Confident in dealing with inbound telephone calls
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education
Due to the location, own transport is necessary.
