Job Description

We have the opportunity for a Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator (part-time 14 hours per week, this is flexible but will need to be in line with business needs, must include mid-week availability) to join our Human Resources team here at Tokio Marine Kiln. Reporting into the Head of Inclusion Diversity , you will provide comprehensive administrative, financial, and compliance support for TMK's charitable activities, including donations, fundraising, and volunteering, ensuring effective governance and meaningful engagement with stakeholders.



This role involves relationship management with key partner organisations and as such will require attendance of occasional meetings and events which mall fall outside of usual working hours.



Key responsibilities include:



Supporting the Charity Volunteering Group (CV Group) chair administratively



Working with the Head of Inclusion and Diversity to assist with strategic planning that aligns with the wider TMK business Strategy



Managing relationships with charity partners and internal networks which will include attendance of internal and external events



Coordinating charity and volunteering events and communications with Marketing.



Preparing quarterly updates for the Sustainability Committee and liaising with finance.



Managing the charity calendar, inbox, and intranet site.



Arranging meetings, tracking actions, and managing the charity budget.



Initiating charity payments and ensuring compliance with onboarding and modern slavery requirements.



Vetting donation requests and collaborating with external organisations such as Lloyd's of London Foundation.



Championing company values and embedding diversity and inclusion principles in all activities.



Ensuring compliance with PRA FCA conduct rules and relevant regulatory requirements.



The successful candidate will have:



Experience working with or partnering with registered charities or other not for profit organisations with an understanding of registered charity status



Proven ability in stakeholder engagement, budget management, and event delivery



Strong interpersonal and inclusive communication skills and a proven track record of successful internal and external relationship management



Ability to self-manage workload and build relationships across diverse stakeholders.



Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.



Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
