Job Description
We have a number of Positions available for Counter Assistant at our Fish & Chip Shops based in Pembroke Dock & Honeyborough. We are looking for an Energetic, Enthusiastic and hard working people who work well in a team, to join us at Mr Chips, Pembroke Dock and our New store in Honeyborough.
Training will be at Pembroke Dock
Excellent Customer Service Skills are Essential
Hours are Permanent and include Days, Evenings and Weekends.
Applicants 18+
Experience within the catering trade is not necessary as full training is given.
Applicants must be able to work at pace and have the ability to multi task in a busy environment.
Being able to work well in a team environment is Essential
Very Good Rates of pay after full training is completed
Excellent Time Keeping necessary
Your role will entail keeping our reputation at Mr Chips strong as we expand. We require all applicants to posses:
Friendly & Efficient Customer Service
& Continuously Enforce High levels of Cleanliness throughout the shop, at all times.
Ensure Customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently
You'll work closely with All of the Managers and the Team to ensure smooth operations, excellent Food & Hygiene protocols and a provide a great customer experience.
Previous experience in a Restaurant or Fast Food environment is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided in our Pembroke Dock store. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within and develop your skills within the hospitality industry.
Duties
*Interacting with the Customers, Taking Orders, Wrapping Orders, Taking Payments and using the Till, card and cash payments.
*Maintaining high standards of food & personal hygiene.
*Cleaning and stocking up etc
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
