Overview

We are looking for a Professional and Reliable Courier Driver to join our Small Family Run Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering goods efficiently and safely across the whole UK driving Vans upto 3.5T.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for Driving and Customer Service, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Applicants must be a Minimum of 25 Years Old for Insurance Purposes, possess a valid UK Driver's Licence (Minimum 3 Years) and be flexible Monday - Friday.

Uniform will be provided.

Potential to earn commission through gaining new clients.

20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

12.75 Per Hour - 13.25 Per Hour From 1st April 2026.

Duties

Safely operate company vehicles, to collect / deliver goods throughout the UK. Start & Finish times will vary so must be flexible (Monday - Friday) Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, obtaining signatures when required. Load and unload your vehicle, securing all goods, with occasional heavy lifting. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of your vehicle. Communicate effectively with clients & staff regarding delivery status or any unforeseen issues. Adhere to traffic laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies at all times.

Experience

Previous experience as a Delivery Driver / Courier is highly desirable but Not Essential. Must have held a Full UK Driving Licence for a Minimum of 3 Years - Preferably with No Penalty Points. Strong communication skills are a must to interact professionally with clients and team members. Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning software is beneficial. Have a fabulous attitude to customer service.
