Job Description

:

We are a new courier company offering local, high-density delivery routes in the Southend area. We're looking for reliable and self-motivated drivers to join our growing team. Experience is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidates.

What You'll Be Doing:

Arrive on time for parcel pickup during your allocated wave (between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM). Scan, sort, and load your parcels from the depot with accuracy and care. Report any missing or damaged parcels to the depot manager. Deliver parcels using your own route plan or via our delivery app (automatic route optimisation available). Provide excellent customer service and ensure all parcels are delivered safely and securely to designated safe locations. Return home with any undelivered or collected parcels once you have finished delivering, no need to go back to the depot!

A car/van and a valid driver's license Proof of insurance, Tax and MOT A smartphone A can do attitude
Who We're Looking For:

Punctual, dependable, and motivated individuals Strong communication skills and a positive "can-do" attitude Basic familiarity with the Southend area is a bonus Comfortable using smartphone apps and following basic delivery protocols
