Vulnerable Client - Court of Protection Senior Paralegal

(VC-COP 25)

We are looking to recruit an experienced Paralegal who specialises in the Court of Protection sector (Deputy and Attorney Management) to join the team based at our Highcliffe office. You will be joining during an exciting time as we continue to grow and deliver excellent service to our clients.

You will be expected to deliver the highest possible legal and service standards. You will be expected to maximise profit for the company, to build relationships with clients and to encourage the referral of further business to the firm.

Previous experience of using a case management system would be advantageous and good communication skills and the ability to use own initiative are a must.
